Yeah carlinho has some great stuff. We all love his work over here at idiot. =-). On another note, I've talked to killswitch and it looks like I'll be getting his code for geom view and plan to update it with a .skl exporter. We'll see what else after I get the code and get an idea what I'm getting...

Yeha you should ignore my tutorial. its sorta full of itself and a pos. Its basically just steps of how to get something into myth. Basically existed just for some guys in my group that wanted to know how to do models.

Yeah we did. Was really cool and fun. Great work! The multi seemed unbalanced. Dinos just tear up the human player. But the idea is gold - dinos vs humans. Perhaps just less dinos. =-). Can't wait to see a final. Edit: Also, I had to look at the objectives at most steps to figure out where I was go...

Hey Killswitch, if you are around, I'd like to talk to you about giving you some code to export .skl (for m3) for it. It looks like you are working out of real basic, and I just happen to have code that translates from meshwork->.skl. Only addition that would need to be done is combining the textur...

To be honest I'm not horribly great as I've been out of practice for a good 4 years =-/. I just started early on it and figured some stuff out that is now likely fairly common knowledge. Though I can definitely do a write up on porting models to m3, as I've done that fairly recently. EDIT: THat bel...

Another good document on this comes with apathy. it explains the various flags that can be used etc. Though it often fails to explain their importance. (for example different techniques like using closest z for rounded walls that dont replace the mesh... or walls too thin to replacemesh.) Of course...

My point is, most the 'significant' groups barely have time to release stuff for theirselves let alone be bothered to spend time on other peoples 'possible' projects. I know often even people within groups don't even help each other with content if its not 'their project' or a project they are prim...

Personally, this sounds like a great idea to me. However, it may have been better if timed 5+ years ago when there was enough of a mapmaking community to actually set it in motion. =-/

Me and giant will likely try it though sometime this week, and we'll let ya know.

Looks really cool though from the shots - Can't wait to give it a whirl.
