Re: Myth II 1.8.2 Public Beta
Linux Debian 3.2.81-1 x86_64 GNU/Linux May I ask why you aren't using a 4.x Kernel? I just tried the on my machine and everything is working. Though I'll keep prodding away to see if I can find any bugs. :-) Few other questions, what Graphics Card do you have? Are you using a compositor or a tradit...

Upon deleting the local folder *and* checking the Dont Write Color Space it did work. but I came across another issue which is provided similar problems. the map name When I created a new map, if I called it 'summonersmyth' it would crash...

Re: Loathing crashes on colormap import
Your bitmap is RLE compressed; Loathing will only accept uncompressed files. Odd, I've never had the RLE option checked. When you export it as a BMP, check the box "Do not write color space information" in Compatibility Options. I did as you said here, but now loathing gives me a new erro...

Re: Loathing crashes on colormap import
One color map, indexed to 240 by GIMP.
Also, a side note. I installed GIMP 2.4.7 and had the same error.
Obviously not pretty, I drew this up on paper and scanned it in.... mostly to test an idea.
*edit*
*Removed link cause I deleted the file now that the issue is resolved*

Re: Model rendering bug. 1.8 Linux
Although I have to leave for work soon, I did try a few levels and that seems to have removed the bug. I will do some more testing when I get home tonight.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Model rendering bug. 1.8 Linux
*edit* Okay. So apparently, I mislead even myself. This issue happens with 3d fog on or of (my bad sorry  ). It seems to happen no matter the setting when using the OpenGL 4.3 renderer. But like I said before, its only the first map loaded. Subsequent loaded maps render just fine. *edit numero...

Model rendering bug. 1.8 Linux
Hey all! Think I found a minor bug. I recently had my hard drive that was holding my O/S die on me. (No worries, Myth2 was on another drive  ). So I decided to try to ditch Windows one more time and do a solo Linux build. Anywho. The bug I mentioned occurs when I load up a map, none of the map...

Re: Myth 2 nVidia Surround Suggestion
Having it set in powerusers.txt would probably be ideal, what with all the different monitor setups and resolutions out there. I would assume trying to auto detect the resolution and scaling/centering from there would introduce problems. How could one tell if it is a multi-monitor setup or if it is ...

Myth 2 nVidia Surround Suggestion
Hey folks! First post here! First off, a big shout out thanks to the devs for keeping this game alive and well maintained. I especially enjoy and like the updates to the latest patch. That said, I do have one suggestion that may have been overlooked. See, I run a triple monitor setup and up until 1....
