A few existing ones were fixed in 1.5. Usually, buffer overruns are fairly hard (but not impossible) to discover without looking at the code in question. And no, we haven't had any reports (although feel free to make one if you have something!).

Sectus, I agree with you that most of the things you suggest are good, and should be added to the game. However, the sad truth is that it is now too late for any new features for 1.5. I did manage to add the feature where it says whether a finished co-op was a victory or a defeat for the player, as...

No. Ignore the .DS_Store files, they are irrelevant. They are usually invisible files on Mac OS X that store things about the directory, such as the position of the icons, etc. For windows, they are irrelevant and you can ignore them. I do not see the .DS_Store file because I unzip it on Mac OS X, ...

I downloaded it YET AGAIN, and the file IS there. Are you downloading it from this link? http://projectmagma.net/files/sb/Myth2_15_PB2.zip Again, if you still don't see the TCPIP.dll file inside the openplay modules folder adter downloading that, then the problem is on your end - may be get differe...

I don't know what you are talking about - I just downloaded the PC Manual installer and the file "TCPIP.dll" is inside the folder "openplay modules" after unzipping it. This is the file you are missing, please put it inside the "openplay modules" folder inside your Myt...

#4 is actually client-side and does not have anything to do with the metaserver. So in reality, it could be implemented, as could most of these suggestions (they're all good) - the only problem is we're pretty late in the game here and it is very unlikely that any of these will make it into 1.5.

Actually a large amount of plugins that crash were not due to bad data, but actually in a bug in myth's code with the melee map action. The map action was documented at how it "should" work, but the code didn't live up to that, but people used the map action anyways since it didnt crash u...

Please don't take replies from individuals outside the development team as the word of project magma. It is too often I see this: Assume Person1 is the initial person reporting the bug, Person2 is not part of the development team but is trying to help anyways, and Person3 what I am referring to as ...

I think Mac OS 8.5 can't run CarbonLib 1.5 - so it would be 8.6 as minimum.

I can buy the third category of people, but 1.3 films are watchable in 1.5 and all plugs that work with 1.3 should work with 1.5 - if there are any that don't PLEASE let us know!

Can you elaborate more on this - how exactly are you able to host with a missing plugin anyways - do you mean missing the tagset which a map requires? It would greatly help if you gave you us specific steps needed to reproduce this problem.

Yeah - everyone's happy CIK... everyone except the player. gg thx.

And who would this "the player" be? You? Or are you referring to all players of Myth II? Last time I checked, players of Myth II are individuals and not one monolithic entity - each has his own opinion of 1.5.
