I guess I need to emphasize I'm looking for 2002 or later. The latest MacObserver links I saw were from 2001, the MacAddict from 1998 and the IGN from 1999. I can use google too, but after looking at a few hundred google links I was hoping someone out there was enough of a myth fanatic to have recen...

Looking for links to news articles about Myth

I remember a while back reading a couple nice reviews of Myth, probably on IGN. These were "recent" reviews, after 2002, with mention of the developer groups. I can't find these articles now, even after perusing many pages of this forum. Do these articles still exist?

A few things I would like fixed (if they haven't been addressed yet) - - F10 doesn't always put boxes around all the visible units, and units may lose the health box as the camera moves. Would be nice if F10 was a consistent toggle button, so that when "on" all visible units have health b...

So there have been at least 3 leg wins that I know of.

"Probably won't ever be beaten" heh.

That win demonstrated that while the duffs may be helpful, they are not needed.

well, that's more or less what myth II was; Myth TFL with better graphics, and it was even more popular than TFL, so given the history of the series, I'd be inclined to say yes. M2 is not just M1 with better graphics. M2 has different, more straightforward gameplay than M1. Duffs are more intuitive...

Ditto on random. However, there may be a reason you perceive that the result is based on the victim kill number. As I recall there are two types of wraith, indistinguishable in game. The type that is more likely to devet shows up more often later in the game. Early in the game the wraiths are more ...

With the solo levels ported to Myth II and TFL mode working very well in Myth II, it is hard to find a reason to keep updating TFL beyond 1.5.

What about the continued ability to play other TFL plugs?

When I have more than 256 plugins in the plugins folder, Myth crashes when I hit the plugin box in the host game window. I know the plugin limit used to be 256, but I thought this was increased at some point in the 1.5 or 1.5.1 cycle. Is this not the case?

If the cancel button were inactive for 20 or 30 seconds after game ends, people playing shorter games would lose a lot of play time waiting. Instead of 20 3-minute games there would only be time for 17 3.5 minute games.

Just because the cumulative damage isn't animated (like it is on M2:Wall, for instance), doesn't mean that the trigger isn't based on cumulative damage.

When the change was made, all the vets should have been kept with the central force.

There are enough scripting errors in various levels that a plug to fix all the scripting issues in all the standard maps would make some sense.
