Go to myspace and maybe open up a few windows of really crappy pages that eat away at your memory, like say 80 megs. Then leave it running in the background while you play myth.

Try older video card drivers, maybe figure out the ones you had before a year ago or so? Try turning direct input on, try different res, try windowed mode like CIK was saying, try everything. :( I doubt having a widescreen monitor will effect fps at all, it's probably something you've changed from ...

Still get the same stuttering problem with the old patch, but as I mentioned before opening up firefox with it using around 80 mbs of ram in the background clears up the stuttering greatly.
