Do you have that trouble with other games that have bright maps, or is it just Myth? I've never had any trouble with snow maps.

Yes, but if I remember right QuickTime doesn't allow you to record system audio on its screen capture. I think there are ways to work around it, but I don't know for sure.

You can change that in System Preferences: Keyboard, so the F-keys work like normal F-keys and you have to use the 'fn' key to change the brightness, volume, etc.

Kinda reminds me of the Voyager (I think it was Voyager) spacecraft. They put a phonograph record on it with sounds and pictures from Earth in case an alien civilization ever found it and could figure out how to read it.
