I'm pretty sure it's available somewhere. Don't quote me on where though.
When I bought my copy, I rang up and told the guys who made the music that my CD was broken. They said "Doesn't it play on your computer?" and I went "No, the music is just shittier than the stuff in TFL. You guys suck".
