Since the griffin was actually made into a myth unit and used someplace, perhaps these others were too. =)
I just found out what other Re-Animator unit was: a flying dragon unit.

I haven't gotten my old archive yet but I looked around and found it in Hexotagset 2... if you can't find a copy of it, I can mail you the one I have. Once I saw it again in Amber I knew that's what I was forgetting.

As with all his stuff, it's gorgeous...

Now I just have to wait around for the Ogre unit.

Yeah a play on words, but the thing crashed Myth when loading some levels for me.

Oh? What were the nature of the crashes, if I may inquire? I assume you've tried emptying your local folder, to see if that resolves the issues.

Nothing in my local, a feature of some of the maps crashed PCs.

Graydon:

ref1 has the ogre giant I was mentioning

I know this is a somewhat old thread but I thought you still might be curious about the ogre. A-Red brought this plugin to my attention; if it weren't for him, I would have simply continued to think that the Ogre Giant was just released as a unit plugin on the Mill years back, and nowhere else.

By golly Sillek made a gorgeous map! download this immediately. Besides Cyd's ogre giant, the original buildings on this map have interiors, if you zoom in you can see tables and graphics on the walls. Among other awesome things.

Sillek if you're reading this, fantastic job, it's my bad luck that I just heard of it now. Likely it's because of the incredibly strange name :;): I mean, c'mon... "ref1"?

For the record (if my memory serves), the bare unit-plugin version of the Ogre [in my silly old archive which is in transit] had a different death sequence. It seems to have been toned down for this map.

I remember an Ogre unit, Welly. And if I'm correct, it does stand apart from most of the traditional unit collections. It is large, as you said, with a big axe, and was possibly made by Creation. I happen to recall playing around with an ogre unit that POPE made, so I believe you may be talking about the same one.
