Ok, this thing crashes you to the desktop in 225, around 4 minutes when a wight explodes (i think it might be same wight every time)

and in pb#1 i noticed the following:

1/Mahirs are back :p or at least the lightning ones,... didn't see any pyro ones yet
2/The SW corner doesn't work :/ just gives you the dream
3/I seemed to get an awefull lot of artifacts (2 extra dreams+the SW one, 1nova, 1 yellow) maybe i was just lucky

anyways, the films are in my folder at udogs, check em out mbmb

forgot this one:

4/ dark units that have been pussfrozen, stay in the frozen condition untill you attack em...
it's same like when you have been stoned and don't taunt

and i just had a 225 that worked, didn't do too well, just suicided to see if the wight casued the problem again,... it didn't

I did find the time to send my HGH SW, the ball was floating again, and i got the crystal message, so no problem on point 2/ anymore in built 225

i also didn't see 4/ in my 225 game

ignore that last, i was in wrong built (224)

just tried a 225 again, crashed again

another thing you should know:

In the films he doesn't play it as it was in game, but he doesn't give an OOS either

Grrr, Ill look into this, not sure what the cause could be, and I havent had any issues like this in the hundreds of tests I run, but Ill try to push Myth to the limit playing and see if I can recreate this.

Good !! ::kix self for stOOpid mistake of not linking the Map Action to be triggered in RC01::, I think I randomized their appearance as well, so that could explain the lack of seeing the Pyro`s mb. I will double check just_to_be_sure.

Ummm, ok, I switched this around a bit when I realized I hadnt taken into account if The Watcher was ALREADY on the map when this sequence occured. Basically now you have a 50/50 chance of getting the dream without paying the price of entrapment. Also gave it a 50/50 chance of giving you the dream or dropping an exploding Shade Dream if you activate this section AFTER The Watcher has already been revealed.

I could remove the first 50/50 chance if you think it would be better that way ?? I figure this way gives players another reason to chance it mb.

Yes, youre were just lucky. The percentages for Artifacts dropped by enemy units is the same as it was in Mazz. Some games you get chit, other games you get a plethora. ;o)

OK, you must have been using a build before Build #225, this is the Propell Sequence getting stuck. Again, all further testings of RotD should use Build #225 and higher. :o)

I will attempt to do that, Im gonna get those screenshots so i can update the Projects page with current screens and a few more from the films youve provided thus far. :o)

OK, all over this like bees on honey, though I dont have a CLUE about why films wouldnt play back properly, yet still not go OOS. As far as I know Films are an exact record of the game and should not be alterable (is that a word ??)

I`ll run a few film viewing tests of my own and see what I discover as well as bring this up to Fe and get his input/insights as to a possible culprit, if any.[/color]

[color=DFC99B]BB, Fear, Myrd, etc etc, Requiem RC02 to RC03 Omni.sit is up, Ive removed the respawning ghasts until I can find a cause/solution to the desktop crashing.

Im really perplexed here, as both sets of units/script work fine, but only when 1 or the other is shut down. Leave both ghasts and wigs active in the script and hello desktop.

BB, Ill look into films a bit later, got some real life chores to take care of and hoping to catch up with Fe and pose some Q & A with him about that.[/color]

ok, i've now played 2games in 03, on 225...

1st gave me the crash again, but it didn't crash in the (again different from gameplay) film

2nd game was ok (no pyromahirs though, while i did have 2 waves of electro ones)

and ehm, remove the propelling on the dream if you can, it sucks big time, especially when you use the dream on the back unit, and it blows too far off to get back to the rest

ok half of the games played in 03 on 225 crashed :/

my last crash was when a wight blew himself but this time it was only after 30 minutes or so....

This means that the "good" games were probably bad as well, but i just died to quick to have the crash...

Lastest Patch is up. RC03 to RC04 Omnipatch.

Ill be ULing FC1 in a few hours when I get up, it includes clean ups of nearly everything, includes new pre/post screens and plugin previews, a pretty thorough barage of test thrashings by me with no crashes and everything appearing to be working as I intend it too.

Oh, also randomized the waves and took away the observers unless youre playing Timid. ;op

So let me know, at this point just have to eliminate / verify its eliminated, the crshing that seemed to have snuck in somewhere since RC03. :o(

btw 03 didn't work on 226 :/ it didn't show in map list after plug was loaded

Bug, potentially: the Heron Guard Hero doesn't select as a Heron when double-clicking on units. This is inconsistent with the 'Mancers, who select as a shared unit type.

i think that is the same in Mazz, dunno for sure...

1/ 03 works on 226, didn't last time i tried, maybe it was just something else i was doing that fucked it up

2/ played FC1, the thrall at the beginning didn't show up??? and it crashed about 25minutes in game, i'll up a film in my folder
