The Watcher is the best of them all. Not only has he been around longer than any of them, he taught them that neat little trick that lets you make undead armies.

Right on!
Plus you can't help but feel like he's a bit powermad and stays on the Vigilence so he doesn't 'acciedently' die.
In my plugin I'm making, Alric goes powermad!

Oh I'd have to say it was The Deciever i mean how many sorcerers do you know of that could beat the watcher. not even Mazzarin could do it but the deciever owned the watcher easily if i remember correctly.
"...The Watcher had been the second or third most powerful sorcerer in living memory... these two had it out after the battle for Tyr... The Watcher barely survived."
-Deceiver Flavor Text, Myth II
The Journal also says this
"Although The Deceiver fought alongside Balor during the last war, he held no great love for the rest of The Fallen, nearly being killed by The Watcher in a legendary battle at Seven Gates."
And I forget where it's written but somewhere in TFL or SB it states that The Deceiver barely survived the battle for Tyr too.
Also lets not forget that the Watcher was still able to fight after the Battle for Tyr, but The Deceiver was defeated totally during the battle of Seven Gates (Tyr was a close draw with Dec having the upper hand, but at Seven Gates TW smashed Dec to pieces).

So its 1:1
but wait
In Myth 3 young avatara Myrdered defeated Bhal'al in dream duel.
"Grrrrr.... How could you have such power ?!?!?"
How come in Myth 3, it says Mydred defeated The Watcher in a dream duel whilst Myth TFL says that "when Balor freed The Watcher..." it just doesn't make sense!

Not really. You can be 'defeated' and not 'dead'. He probably survived (just like after their fight at Tyr) and they had to put him somewhere, so they locked him underground at Kor.
Then Balor went and freed him - all too easily because he already knew where he was. Tadaa!
"Hmmm I think that m3 explains Deceiver vs Watcher motiv quite well..."
How do you mean?
Okay I got the models but now I'm too dumb to do anything with 'em
