Hello, I would like to know how to make a plugin load in loathing or fear like a patch would do. I know it involves HEX editing, but apart from that im total noob. I remember doing it a long time ago though.

It would greatly help me design this map :)

Using a DEV (as I call it) works a lil differently then a local. It loads with the rest of the installed tags or patches.

Its basically changing the first four values. Usually a plug has 00 01 FF FF you simply want to change it to 00 02 00 05. This plug will now be seen by fear/loathing/vegas/mythmII and only tags you edit will be in the local.
do it.

Doesn't the new fear (at least I think the mac one does) have a "save as patch" option?
