check your values after opening and using 1.52 fear beta pc
as chris P noticed turning radius changes (slows) when opening and saving monster tags
Please be good beta testers and help the coders see if there is anything else...
Fear 1.52 beta users - Check your monster tags
OMG... I never noticed it did that. It keeps decreasing by 1 everytime.
I did notice other values decrease when saving the tag. Like "Mana Recharge Rate". Go to the "warlock" monster tag. Change its mana recharge rate to 0.080. Save it. Open, save...etc. The 0.080 changes to the following in the same order always: 0.078, 0.074, 0.070, 0.066, 0.062, and then it stops at 0.059 (which is the default for a warlock). When I change that to 0.058 and save then open it goes to 0.055 and stays there. With certain values, it will stick with but not with all.
I also notice decrease of values in the object tags. Open the "shiver object" and go to the Effect Modifiers. Slashing and Kinetic Damages have a value of 0.445 by default. Click Ok and open and it goes as follows: 0.441, 0.437, and stops at 0.434. Same thing happens in the Edit Bonus Effect Modifier of the artifact tag.
I was wondering. This probably isn't new info, but when I add a new sound in the sounds tags I can't hear it through Fear. I hear it fine in Myth though. Was this an old bug? Can it be fixed?
While we're at it. PC Fear 1.5.2 does not have all the new flags Mac Fear 1.5.2 received with the update. I can't say which since I don't have access to a Mac, but I bet it's all the new stuff the Mac Fear got with the 1.5.2 update or most.
The only reason I didn't mention these posible bugs is that I keep thinking everybody knows about them or that they can't be fixed (or won't be). Then again I am just a "member" of the forums, not a "beta tester" like you Point. If I find more stuff I'll post it here. I had already made a post about PC Loathing 1.5.2, but I think it got pushed down... no one responded.

Ouch! I'd almost feel sorry for you if I was on a PC!

Before panic ensues, it's worth mentioning that some Tag values have always decreased every time you open and then click OK on a tag. Mana Recharge rate, Object Size, and many others will decrease in increments till they settle on a value that actually works in Myth. For instance, the closest lower value to 0.080 Mana Recharge that the Myth engine can do is 0.059, so it will keep rounding down to that. For certain values like this, Fear has always behaved this way - and it has the benefit of letting you see what fractions you're actually able to set.
Turn Speed in 1.5.2 PC Fear, on the other hand, never did this before, and it isn't settling on a "real" value (as far as I know); it just keeps ticking downwards and downwards. As a temporary solution, I just remember to reset the Turn Speed every time I edit a monster tag.
