How is "TFL gameplay" different?

Talk about anything here.

Well the pathfinding does seem a much bigger issue in TFL and M3 over M2 for me.

Oh I doubt you'll see me much online since you're aussie(?), but if you do I go by Dantski

I don't understand what Anti-Clump does.
Click on the picture below for my Myth 2 scenario.

Aussie yep, that doesn't mean I sleep though.

Anti-clump can be good or bad depending on whether you prefer M2. Basically in Myth 2 you can 'clump' people up much closer together, you can just get these very tight clusters of soldiers. In fact they get even closer if you edit the formations in Fear.

In TFL, what happened was the pathfinding radii usually turned out to be much bigger , so troops didn't get nearly as close together. Anti clumping basically gives you the bigger pathfinding radius for the unit, without all the other TFL features (which are numerous).
Okay I got the models but now I'm too dumb to do anything with 'em

Also Anticlump works with any plugin ever created. Its a very nice option for those who liked the older style gameplay where you could actually see and manage units in a melee battle. To me that's the biggest difference with vTFL or Anticlump - melee looks & feels far more realistic & gives you more control compared to the clustered mess that is an m2 melee battle.

Cid that's a cheap shot. :nocomment:

I wonder if it's some kind of Bungie trend...

Of course when Owt Gnop comes out we'll know for sure.
I decided to look up in the sky, and lo and behold there was a BoB. I stared at him, and he stared back. There was silence for a great while until he said in a thunderous, booming voice..."Okay, Okay, DON'T Frogblast the ventcore."
