I've got 2 pregame collections for my levels in my collections folder. One of them is not there in Fear. They are not named "01 pregame" or stuff like that. An example is "01 siege pregame" or something.

You've probably given them the same 4 letter code. If you open them up in Amber, there's a code which is used to identify the collection. If two things use the same code, one won't appear.
