Tagsets for plugins? - How?

Ok I've never done a tagset for a plugin, just for regular single player myth, and after trying I can't get it to work. My local loads up fine with the proper replaced units, but loading it as a plugin and tagset it doesn't work. This seems simple and I know it's been done before, just not sure where I am messing up.

The myth_log.txt always gives some idea.

Did you check the Loads in reverse order (mesh plugins then tagsets) checkbox when building the new plugin in Fear?

Otherwise your tagset will load and then the map, and your modified tags may be overwritten.

Heh I wasn't quite sure what that option meant as "mesh plugins then tagsets" isn't good enough English for me to parse :oops:

I think I tried every combination of options, but none seemed to work, mb I'll try again in a few days to see if I can figure it out.

Well, well. Not sure what my problem was back in the day, probably the "requires plugin in url" check. On my first attempt today to make a tagset, everything worked fine. Checking "Loads in reverse order", is the only thing I needed to check. I blame my earlier attempts on noobness and/or any alcholic beverages I may have consumed.
