This totally rocks

I know its off topic (as in, its not Myth), but this has got to be the most intense and addictive retro shooter game I've ever seen.

Ugh, doesn't for me.

There's an error.txt file that it creates in the program's folder - see whats there. Also edit the config file and set Windowed to True & the resolution to 800x600 & see if that works.

but it runs like frozen molasses, i fear my ancient nvidia card doesn't have what it takes to run this game (my ati shorted out, so i'm using an old card from this computer's predecessor, and this computer already needs replacing).

Doob ... once in the game hit F3 to cycle through different background grids. The default one is pretty resource hungry, but some of the others are a lot more efficient.

That said, my highest score so far (I won't say what it is as its doubtless very low) was achieved using the molasses grid, as the slower gameplay lets me survive a lot of tricky situations

I haven't a clue what it is I like about this game - I'm not even very good at it...

but I'm in love with it. I think its the look of it mostly.
