Oh I do that. When I have to get on the computer instead of placing my fingers in the home keys I place them in the Myth camera keys... and THEN move them to the home keys after I realize I'm not about to play Myth.

First thing I did with Rome: Total War was replicate the Myth camera controls. And I control the camera FAR better than my peers.

I hold my fingers just like playing Myth when playing Diablo LOD (another old game, I must be obsessed  ) on Q and E for rotating the map, while it isn't even possible to rotate in Diablo

You think that if someone waves a shovel around you, you will be restored to full health.
Whenever you watch a film, you think you can emulate it with a Myth map.
Click on the picture below for my Myth 2 scenario.

While watching a movie and you see a character grabbing a shovel to go bury a corpse you think... hey he isn't a journeyman!

You buy 20 old G3 Macs for $50.00 just so you can get one to run Amber on.

So you run into builders and offer them a strange medicinal substance to 'heal' with.

You refer to your mother as 'cap'.
