Displaying enemy units health bars - 1.6.0 tweak

Post by Tireces »

1.6.0 beta brought us this : "Having caps-lock on will now display the health bars of all units on your team while in game"

I found this a great thing for both Co-Op and FFA games.

What do you think about similiar option that will display enemy units health bars.
It think it could be cool for coop games - Im not sure about FFA couse it would eleminate suprise/hazard element - I always liked when ppl were running away with several healthy units from my almost-deadly-wounded Trow ;)

So I would like to see this option avaible in coop games only.

Even if it was decided to add it to the 1.6 I think it is a bad idea. The capslock health feature not only lets you see the health of your units and your allies but you will have an idea how big is the opposing forces... like if your warriors, your allies' warriors, and the enemies' warriors in a big melee fight you know who's who.

Elfoid, quit your stupid ass comments.
Muhammad is the most common given name in the world. Chang is the most common family name. There are, however, very few people named 'Muhammad Chang.'

No really though there is no real reason to have it. At least I dont think so but thats not for me to decide.

Anyway, 1.6 is basically done and ready for release and with no talk of further additions, 1.6 may be the end of the road for Myth II development. Eh, but who knows what the future brings.
do it.

When ChrisP decides to make Mazz VII, they'll need a new patch to support it :P

Its true. No matter how good the idea can seem, no one will ever be able to persuade the 'change is bad' group. Most of them aren't map-makers (cuz they just like regular Myth with no strings attached) and don't post here, and we still have an overwhelming majority.
