Fear and Loathing come with the 1.6 installer (you have to select them during the install process). Other tools can be found at The Tain.

Those tools are for Macs only, AFAIK.

There were never PC TFL tools. You're better off modding Myth II, since there will be more people around to play your plugins.

If I have already installed 1.6 without selecting Fear and Loathing, can I simply run the 1.6 update again and install it on top of my current install. Would that delete any files or cause any problems ?

There were 3rd party mapmaking tools for TFL for Windows. But making TFL maps was a very elite hackish activity and I'm not sure why you would want to go to the immense trouble nowdays as nobody plays it anymore.

RPatrick, install the 1.6 update into an empty folder and copy the files you want across into your Myth2 directory.

I won't guarantee all the links are still active, but for a fairly complete list of Myth TFL mapmaking tools, you might try:

http://mything.org/index.php?a=apps-sea ... ame&v1=tfl

--> I got the link from a page of common mapmaking related searches I thought people might find useful. You can find it here.
Lots of Myth stuff at http://mythgraveyard.org.
Sometimes I put hard to find stuff in my my Udogs folder.

You should be able to do that with MythPacker and Tahoe.

One question: I noticed that Tahoe has an option to replace color tables when previewing the sprites. Is there a set of alternate color tables I can use that I can extract from the packages?
