What is that PC image capture tool called again?

There was a thread on PlayMyth.net a few months ago talking about a PC image capture application that could make gif's from Myth Films (by viewing a film while this app ran).

I've been waiting for PlayMyth to come back up so I could hunt this down again.

Anyone know what it was? :)

Fraps? Maybe. Makes videos but I don't know about GIFs.
