Macbook pro's and sheep

anyone using a intel mac with sheepshaver to run old os 8.5 or 9

It seemed i had it working now it says not mountable system file directory or something for the disk image...?
if one does not learn from the failings of the past they are likely to suffer its return.

I've got a working version with Mac OS 9.0.4. Why?

well my 9 cd was 9.2 so that didnt work installed 8.5


anyway now it wont mount the image any idea what i did wrong...


is there a pc or osx amber yet


also does firefox jack tthe text up in this window osx firefox doesnt like thisthis form of chat windo i think since i cant see many keys i type... hmmm....

I can probably put my sheepshaver disk image up for download. I think it's like a gig though so it will take you quite a while to download.

That would be great if yI cant get mine to work go
going to try installing it one more ttime it says

well it hasnt crashed like my last one...

though it is really slow....

emulating a powermac 9500 100mhz

my other install didnt
seem slow...

also cant see the hard drive to transfer files from one to
another...

any ideas...

Got it to speed up by decreasing the resolution


still cant seem to ge file
sharing or apple talk going
between the two...

guess I need to mount a disk
as a shared element

The mounted disk worked ... just copied over my old myth II image.. and I can transfer from both... t
through that...

so it looks like I am in business so far... ;)


does yours recognize usb
key drives?

I have no idea. I've been on the road for the last week. So I'm pretty far from my computer. The file i got to you I had to SSH to my server. I must admit I don't use it very much. I probably spent more time installing it than I did using it.
