I believe we've tried to contact Clem at least two times to get his permission to host his creations on The Tain. We did not receive a reply, as far as I know...
Maybe you will get a reply if you include something like... "If you do not reply we will assume you don't mind if we host them on the Tain." He will either not care anymore or if he still does reply back and say no and be angry.
From what I recall (and I could well be wrong), the deal was that anyone who worked on the plugin & was in the credits list had the ability to make decisions regarding its distribution. Its a pity that neither GHOST or Sili are around anymore, but then again you could say that of so many ppl :\
