Permission to use some Alien units in my new plugin

I plan on making a new 40K plugin not heretic this time but an imperial guard against the chaos space marines but in order to do this i need permission to use the alien units just to avoid the arguement that may happen if I didn't ask so please help me out and someone give me permission. Thank you all

ya that doesnt help me with getting permission. Does he still play myth ever or did he die just like the 40K wrauthu guy?

I believe Zeph has his contact information due to Zeph's work on Quarantine.

I'm also needing it since I was never able to contact Strangelet when I made "ADT Anywhere".

I just PM'ed Zeph again on Mariusnet, so hopefully we will hear from him either here or there (or everywhere).
