looking at the history im guessing Take 2 has them since they traded stock for the myth rights. Or so goes the wiki story. If you can trust wiki.

There is an email in the Help text of that little hidden puzzle game within Fear. Apparently that game was made/added by Jonathan. The email which is a hotmail account is located at the very end of the Help text of that game. Want it?
