thanks guys! so far it just looks colorful "visually", but hopefully I can kick the web of my scripting and it's a colorful "story" too...hehe
it actually is starting to cheer up, did some twists here and there based on DA, Pompey, Gugusm and oroboros feeback, and it's getting slightly off the cage

Definitely a big fan of your stuff Carl- your dedication is commendable!
What was that wicked WW2 stuff you were posting a while back? That looked awesome as well.

thanks to everybody!
with all the roses and compliments I'm pretty sure I received a big push to keep on working on this stuff (unfortunately in the little time left I have)

that WWII stuff was something I would love to do after I finish this greek stuff
it would be just for 1 online map, with new units, models etc
all super high res WWII stuff

Don't let it die!

These are old, but still good--and I get the impression that a lot of newer people haven't seen them.

While I'm plugging it, I feel like I should point out that we're looking for a few pieces of art--pregame, win, and loss, just one of each. Volunteers? If we get the art, you could see a release as soon as, say...now.

We might be the first to use the new overhead text, but I'm not sure. Regardless, it's pretty cool.

There was something about the details on it in one of the 1.7 build threads Carl. It's done in a CTRL action and points to a string list tag, and then you enter a value to govern the line it shows, and a monster from whom the line is spoken.
