Favorite game changing plugins?

Post by Jon God »

I was playing Clue last night, and was wondering what other conversions people have done that have drastically changed the playing style of the game. I don't have a whole lot of plugins, so feel free to throw out even common names.

I remember Clue having some great gameplay- and it really did change up the multiplayer dynamic. After it was released- there were a lot of games up on the servers- providing many hours of enjoyment.

However, I would say I had the most fun playing multiplayer Bushido- The name of the game was still to squash your opponent- but the units were so damn sweeeeeeeet.

Chimera! But that doesn't really change the style of the game.
And Green Berets! That does change your way of playing.

Bushido was pretty fun. I used to convince my nephew that it was essential that he max out on Samurai on "If I Had A Trow". Used to go at him with horse archers.... fuck, it made me feel so smart.
Okay I got the models but now I'm too dumb to do anything with 'em

Heh, don't hold your breath. I did port it years ago, but various elements of the script didn't work & I'm sorry to say it seemed rather dull in comparison to fetchball, both visually and in its gameplay. There must be a reason it died out so fast among TFLers...

I liked Ghol Rugby. I went back to playing TFL for a few months when it came out just so I could play it.
