Hehe, gh, that's from the Phil Hendrie Radio Show. Phil Hendrie (the announcer in that audio clip) creates characters such as the Camaro guy and even does the voices for many of them. Then real radio listeners call in to the show and get into arguments with the actors/characters thinking that they and their wacked opinions are real.
Some of the resulting conversations are milk-sprayed-out-your-nose fanfookintastically funny.

It's kinda depressing that the Camero guy is fake, but I bet there's a piece or two of real people's opinions sprayed into that nutty character's banter. Be sure to hit the books harder than they hit you, woofie.
