Actually my credits don't roll on The Forge. It does the epilogue and then goes right to the Main Menu.

Yeah, only TFL (and M3 probably) had credits, Myth 2 also had a cutscene with a picture of the dev team before starting "A long awaited drinking party"

I thought the picture of the M2 dev team was inside the great library.

Both.

The credits are in the manual, although I don't know if the win/loss guys would also do the captions or one of the other three artists. Probably the same as did the TFL captions, though (those were pretty similar IIRC).
