We all need to be clear on one thing, Zeph didn't make AVA. Point did and Zeph finished it quickly with WW2 units rather than Point's original AVA units. What I did was the same as Zeph but expanded more on what Point had originally intended.

Umm no.
They are two different plugins!
I made AvA by using WW2:Units tagset as a base for Axis vs Allies 2. There is also a less known AvA1 that was very popular for a while in 2002-2003.
who was the author?
to be clear
Zeph etc.. made the ava plug that was released though Warfare Axis vs Allies was the plug i was working on long before Zeph... He simply released a plug that ended up taking the name.... the similarities beyond the name from the plug were the sounds being used at the time and unit types though zephs original ava was developed without any Wava source material.
though a little upset that the name was used especially since we had web sites and such... zeph and i made nice and since the ARMY project was shelved anyway I said he could use anything from the plug.... the tanks I think found there way into a few betas..... maybe thats were the post came from.
anyway Wava is back on the table to get done and hopefully this time all people working on wwii projects can combine forces and finish a great plug....
Carlino, zeph, Bhex etc.... this means you ..
if one does not learn from the failings of the past they are likely to suffer its return.
I wish I had known about your plug Point so I could have changed the name, lol...
I dont think I ever actually used your tank tags, not 100% sure. I know I found the same models of them on turbosquid and rendered at least 1 or 2 myself though.
Axis vs Allies 1 sounds were mainly from medal of honor
Axis vs Allies 2 sounds are from wolfeinstein:Enemy territory and call of duty 1
