website overhaul - suggestions needed

ok, so i am considering a major overhaul of the mything.org site(s). i would like to make it better/easier-to-use/etc, so if you've ever used the site and have any suggestions/ideas for additional kinds of content you think should be on mything.org, ways that info could be organized more logically, things that didn't work or were unintuitive for you, etc, please let me know. small practical suggestions as well as blue-sky-think-outside-the-box comments entirely welcome.

Hmm, I'd say the main part for me, would be just making it easier to get from one section of the site to another. It's a bit convoluted right now. In my opinion, of course.

Also, get on AIM/udogs, I still need to talk to you.

that's actually #1 on my list. to integrate the different sections so things are more searchable and it's easier to navigate. less fiefdoms and more central organization.

It could use 10-15 animated .gifs preferably with flames and construction signs with a hint of midi file music in the background.
