Post by Eldar »

I can't film a proper game with CamStudio! The software just film the menu but not the game... It give me a black screen.

CamStudio is on there, but one of the other 4 may work.

Do you know a site like that with mac compatible programs?

Taski for Windows will record Myth, but I think it sucks compared to Fraps.

There's very few mac compatible apps for recording Myth. Snapz Pro comes to mind. I believe Quicktime X, which "freely" comes with Snow Leopard, also allows screen recording, but with a much more limited fps and quality than could be achieved with Snapz Pro.

I already knew about both of those options, but Snapz is expensive and Quicktime X doesn't record the computer audio for some reason (only records sound with the internal mic, and that doesn't really sound nice when you replay it).

You could try some of the options on this website:

I'm not familiar with any of them, though, so I'm not sure if any of the free ones are any good.
The cake is a lie.
