any iphone developers here?

anybody here do iphone development?

i had a couple questions like:
1) where do you get the SDK
2) how do submissions work (to itunes)
3) are there any restrictions to what you can/cant do? (like voip im sure isnt allowed for obvious reasons)
4) can you bundle an itunes app that requires a computer install component as well? (wont get into more detail here - I have an idea!)
