Starting a small rant, but first: If you have to say that you want to join them, then you should perhaps reconsider what you are doing.
Now, as a frustrated beta tester (no, I have been like this way before I met anyone from magma, ozone can proove it), I recommend not doing it, unless you pay them to fix things, so they actually do get fixed.
If they don't feel obliged to fix something, they wont. No matter what your arguments are, getting someone to move off his ass either requires massive bitching or more kind words than there are on this planet. Of course I should shut up now, since Iron is really trying hard to fix something I had problems with and Myrd managed to find a way to make my mouse work and he wrote Bo Lindbergh an email about MKL, which is good.
