With this I started looking where to download and not found

Yeah, that person was telling others to look for a beta of Jon God's dtex work that Jon wanted private because it was old and outdated. Once he noticed that, he took the file down. And people don't need to remove "Magma - Bungie Map Textures v1" unless they want to.
