In D-Day plugin not every map crashes the game. It is for example possible to play MONTEBOURG map. The logs of errors look like the one above so I won't repost them.

Finally got around to trying this out on my ubuntu virtual machine. Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the issue on either WINE or the native build :(

The WINE build seemed to have other issues though, like the window would sometimes not even show up unless I have the multithreading option disabled (which there is actually no way to do except from inside the game). So I would definitely recommend the native build in general.

We posted an updated Linux installer that should correct the issue with Linux Build 424. (The new build is 427 and includes a couple of other fixes.)
