Myth 1 Tutorial in myth 2

I have the fallen levels v2 installed but I don't see an option to play the Myth 1 tutorial level. It says its there in the description on the page but I don't know how to access it. Anyone have any ideas?

It should be on the level list, when starting a new game, with The Fallen Levels selected.

No, it just starts out with Crows Bridge. Hmmm, wonder if there is a problem with my install then.

Hold Shift and click on the Fallen Levels mapset. Do this only on single player.

Seriously, Pyro wasn't joking. If you try doing that on multiplayer, the game uninstalls itself.
