Max teams?

If there are 6 players on a 6-start netmap, and max teams is set to 2, what happens when the game starts? Do I get 6 1-man teams, or 2 3-man teams?

You'll get two three-player teams.

Additionally, if caps aren't chosen beforehand, they will be assigned randomly.
