Well, I only have 42 distinct IP addresses in my list so far. But adding in those I have not played with, I would say there are max 72-80 players out there.

http://www.gateofstorms.net/tournaments/RS1 is currently a reasonable approximation to how many active folks there are that play MP myth (i.e. doesn't include folks who only play coop). While some of these could certainly be dummies, there is actually no motivation to dummy in the current system (and in fact there is motivation *not* to since you can only gain points, not lose them).

30 players/page so say ~100-130 players (to leave a reasonable margin of error) playing at least one MP game in the last few weeks. Not terrible for the age of the game.

he thinks is a "visionary" or "prophet of ill omen."

I have to say that even though I have nothing against Godzfire and have had many (what I at least consider to be ) friendly conversations with him in the past - I find Julio's cartoons to Godz hilarious.
