engine limits.

Do artifacts to unit switch add toward the unit definitions count in game? they do not add to the count in loathing, though in game will this cause a crash or the mid game join no detach bug?

presently since my seems to multiply the unit definitions on the map x the number of players... if the unit definition limit is exceeded at the start of a game it will crash upon loading. if the unit definition limit is exceeded by a new player joining an in progress game detaching units will no longer be possible.


on the same track do monster changing artifacts count toward the monster definitions limit?
if one does not learn from the failings of the past they are likely to suffer its return.

It counts as the same. It doesn't add to it when using artifacts and any scripts will still be attached to that monster.
