No not one of them worked out, in this Tutorial http://mythgraveyard.mything.org/index.php?what=read&fnord=00067 the person shed that for lager than 128x128 it can be dun,"but this is not for today", mb do i need a dif program to impot a over head map bigger than 128x128?ChrisP wrote:Umm... far as I know, 5632 is way too wide for a map. theoretically, maybe, but in my experience it's possible to have a mesh that's 2560x2560 load from the local but not even be recognised when it's built as a plugin. as far as i was able to determine, the element at fault was that the colour map collection exceeded some limitation in plugins for data size.Eddaweaver wrote:Isn't the limiting factor the available system ram?
it seems that a mesh can't be as large as 100 submeshes and work in a plugin.

souly, before adventuring into unit making i strongly suggest learnign fear first. Best way to learn it is try-and-test. Open the fear documentations, change some little things on an archer or dwarf and then watch how they act in a map like willow creek. You can't just go from knowing nothing to "more advanced stuff".

Tell me if im right, in Fear Monsters is were u change stuff of the unit and Objects the units magic and so on?
Ill go have a more intens look at Fears Doc's.
I now know how to add a manna bar.
Lol my logan folder is like 95mb, hard to know what to delete,ill just delete one by one to see if map doesnt crash!
To get back to the over head map? Got any idea's?
