Can some one school me on morale and vet level promotion 1.6

I thought by "leveling" he meant the old fasion way where kills increase ur attack speed and sometimes decrease your attack recovery time. And you guys meant leveling as using artifacts for a different monster tag like Mazz does. So what did you mean Point? The old fasion vet leveling or the newer leveling swap monster tag system?

Morale can be boosted check...

Marsh terrain cost adjusted 5 default... set to 15 check

Morale range say 10 units

Allied kill bonus 5

Enemy kill bonus 6 or negative -6 ?
if one does not learn from the failings of the past they are likely to suffer its return.

I made a small test plug for morale in here.

If you want to remove kills from the enemy by using morale, you have to have a negative value in the "Enemy Kill Bonus".

Morale works like an area of effect attack without doing damage. If you play with the test plug you will see that the ghol will attack faster if the white ghol is near it. The map can be played in multiplayer so you can tell the other player to send in his non-white ghols and have your non-white ghols attack those when your white ghol is near all of them. The white ghol has a local projectile group that represents the range of morale effect.

The white ghol's morale settings are 5 for effect radius, 1 for ally kill bonus, and 3 for enemy kill bonus.

So when your white ghol is near the enemy... you are making them better than your units.
