ok, imagine there's an enemy warlock inside a loose formation of enemy krids. It looks like you can get through to the warlock easily enough, so you click on it to attack with your trow. As your trow approaches, instead of walking up to the nearest gap, sliding through and kicking the lock, it starts doing crazy zig zags while still some distance away. That's the bug.
Zig zagging is true skill for pros.
Now I pratice moves on intermediorate level - that means clicking quick enough to pick a Trow during 30 sec PT when your shift key is broken
seems it's only in pc's as per that thread, but then fear in PC I though was much more complete than in mac= example artifacts....
so I guess iit would rock for 1.7 to make both pc's and macs ok
if not it's a nightmare to do one thing in mac, take it to pc to discover another thing got screwed, take it to mac...and so on...
What about how when you click on a group of enemies with a group of melee, and your melee in front run past the front enemies to get at those in back, meanwhile getting ripped apart by the enemies they're running past? Any way around that, or can it be fixed?
Fixing these issues would take away a lot of the advantage experienced players have through micromanaging a melee attack. I like that. Some people might not, though.

shift click, does group attack (I mean, you shift click on archers, your warriors will only attack archers)
shift double click does single unit attack.
Ohh right, I guess I was remembering it wrong. Anyway, more control over what they attack without going through individually handing them each their own orders would be nice.
In Myth TFL and vTFL you can order your archers or dorfs to attack multiple enemies by holding shift and clicking on an enemy group. It's not possible to do this in Myth 2, as far as I know.
Would be much trouble to implement it on a new patch?
