Vista managed to get .smk files working for their replacement of the Myth intro when they made Jinn, perhaps you can find something in the cutscene for that?

Hara beat me to it. I was going to point out the Vista preview as well. If you can somehow contact any of those guys... you MIGHT be able to track down the guy that actually did the importing of the vids.. but it sounds like you've got it already. Now my question, can it be done on mac? I'd like a tutorial written up or something 
TFV WILL have cutscenes.. but i can tell you for sure, I have no idea how to do it.

Hopefully they won't be completely pointless like the cutscenes in Myth 1 and 2.

Well - the opening cutscene in TFL was the only one I REALLY liked - the other ones certainly had character though, they established a wicked feel for the game. But if they'd been longer and with dialogue - that'd have been great.
If I end up doing any, they will have speech. No point doing anything less.
