Hey, is there any way to make Myth go faster for everyone? That would be fun

You could make a plug-in for it, but F1 and F2 are disabled for multiplayer mainly because of the main issue...who the hell would control it?
It would only really make sense in co-op games if the team-captain could do it, but still it could be very annoying to have your game suddenly slow down because someone else pushed the button.
Co-op games have other people you can poke fun at anyway so boring parts are rarely actually boring as cries of "My duff appears to be defective, may I please have a refund?" and "Oh dear, I seem to have misplaced my waffles" are cried from player to player.

Well ideally, the host would select it pregame. Maybe it would work better if there were more speeds in between normal and double though, because anything faster than double would just be for laughs.

Ah, well in that case it's definitely a nice little idea for a simple plug-in =)
Just need to change monster tags to alter attack and movement speeds and you've got a slo-mo plug-in that the host can use. Another one for high-speed.
It would be a fun feature to add to the game, but I think the novelty would wear off after a few games :p

add a "time master" unit to all coop levels which edits all parameters
