Old Myth; New iMac; What to do? - Installing 1.0 on Tiger OS X

I hope someone can guide an old gameplayer like me-What's my best option for installing my old copy of Myth II: Soullblighter (ver. 1.0) onto my new iMac 1.8 GHz G5 running OS X Ver. 10.4.2? I also want to be able to download any recent update/improvements to the game. I tried installing my copy of Myth II using the Classic 9 method. But it doesn't want to start up. HELP!!! I wanna play Myth II!!!

download myth 1.5.1 for mac from the downloads page, and run the installer, as far as i know you can choose to install a new myth copy or patch an older version...

so just install 1.5.1 using this installer and the (old) CD should work

put the Myth II:SB disc in the imac and DL the OSX installer for SB here at projectmagma. i just did it on my new mini. it works great
