Iron or anyone else not sure if your still up for this though I know this map was van burens dream a bit ago... anyway... I added the cpr elements to the old B&G v9 mesh... if some one wanted to improve the script a bit... ie now you can go eat lunch come back 15 minutes later and you have killed all the rebels. :)

I volunteer to work on it, or at least take a look at it whether it is too complex for me or not. I will also only work on it if you have the permission of the original creator (I dont know who this is), you shouldnt release it otherwise.
So if you have permission, upload your version somewhere and I will try my best. :D

scripting...

Iron talked about maybe updating it back when van buren went googoo over it... ill have to check the thread to see who made it...

its a rather basic map

the tuff scripting job is scripting gettysburg... both the epic and full size coops could be rather cool if someone had the time and know how to do them... let me know... and the alpha builds have about another week then the betas will be posted... tagsets and such...

I would prefer scripting little flat top because I think I already played it some time ago and found it enjoyable. Gettysburg still seemed to need A LOT of work or even being totally rebuilt. I am not sure if I would like to do this :P

The original author was True Peril aka Teepens. You could always PM him - I'm pretty sure he'd get an email. I don't think he'd object to a skilled scripter finishing the level properly, provided it stayed true to his original goals. Best ask him anyway.

I did do quite a bit of work on the level thx to Van Buren, but other things distracted me & then I was hit with yet another HD crash ... all of which means I didn't get anywhere.

Iron maybe you could clue phex in on what you were thinking for that map...

as for gettysburg its a new mesh I have the units placed on the mesh beyond that I dont have time to learn scripting ... I would like this project to happen in the near future if i am scripting it would be another year...

fyi the new alpha test version is being uploaded now...

I didn't know this level still existed anywhere! I've since lost it from my HD in a crash from several years back.

Permission is granted for tidying up/finishing off the script, and, if anyone can, send me a private message or post here with a download link to that level.

Thanks,

your version is in the cwr alpha test build... linked in cwr 1.6 thread

also there is a gettysburg map that was made from the regional battle map which includes the hills little flat top and big round top... though no one has taken the challenge to script that one yet :)/
