Sith Tagset? Where?

Post by Thedutchjelle »

Does anyone knows if the Somewhere in the Heavens tagset is still somewhere out there? I found a few links going to the Mill :(

It has to be somewhere, or someone has to have it. I got Maramyth but it's rather disappointing that i can't use those units on other maps.

--Appearantly there is some site called Hl.Udogs that the entire planet but me knows about. Found Sith -- And bookmarking that site. To bad it looks terrible in a browser.

In the meantime you can find it at:

http://hl.udogs.net/files/Gaming/ Myth Series/Myth II - Soulblighter/Maps, Plugins, & Conversions/Total Conversions

** sorry for the weirdness of the link, I can't figure out how to make bbcode recognize links that have spaces in them ***

For the record, i've been paintakingly fixing all the terrible horrible inaccuracies in the hastily-developed SitH tagset - devlins are no longer blenders, juggernauts arent retarded and useless, and UNITS LIKE SPHT CAN ACTUALLY ATTACK UP CLOSE LIKE THEYRE SUPPOSED TO.

I call the project, "The Mjolnir Project", and its gotten so huge I decided to convert a lot of marathon: RED units as well.

I made completely new marine sprites by pasting legs and torsos together, so if anyone is interested enough to beta this thing with me and fine tune it, ooga@myth4thewindage.com

oogaBooga, did you play Marathon: EVIL? Because while devlin being blenders may not be balanced, I really don't think I can agree that it's an "inaccuracy".

Amen to that. The Devlins in the SitH tagset could attack from too far away, though, if you ask me. They had long claws, but the animation looked goofy - they'd park about 10 feet from the enemy unit and start shaking back and forth, and then that unit would suddenly be dead...
The cake is a lie.
