How to record Myth 3

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I'm wondering which software do people use to record Myth 3. I'm using fraps for the moment, but the frame rate is too low, the highest i can get is 19 fps if I run the game on the lowest resolution.

I can play the game without any problem, with over than 300 fps.
