Hi All,
I have a problem running Myth II v1.8 on my winxp virtual machine.
when I install myth II from CD it runs without error.
when I run the the v1.8 setup it installs without error.
when I choose 'run Myth II' at the end of the install it also runs without error.
BUT
when I click Myth II from the start menu OR double click the .EXE file from the program files folder I get the following error:
QUERY: Myth II.exe - Entry point not found
the procedure entry point CheckRemoteDebuggerPresent could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL.
can anyone help?
Thanks!

Re: error when running myth II v1.8 "Entry point not found"
I think I was making things hard for myself!
I've since installed Myth TFL and Myth II on windows 10 using compatibility mode and updated both to their latest versions. Both are now working perfectly.
no need to reply.

There is no need for compatibility mode when Myth 2 is updated. Also if you have trouble running Myth TFL, you can instead use the Myth 2 port of TFL called The Fallen Levels.HectorTheBrave wrote:I think I was making things hard for myself!
