Cant upload. Tain keeps crashing

I keep getting this error:
curl_exec error 7 : couldn't connect to host

or the page with red letters saying something went wrong.

I continue different ways to upload and it fails every time.

I even tried to link the file to an external link so it's not uploading the full thing.. and it still crashes..

what can I do to get this upload pending?
